Puppies are very welcome, and first visits are taken slowly. As one owner put it, we are a groomer who really understand and loves dogs, with heaps of advice and even more patience.
Nervous pets are worked with patiently rather than pushed. Mention it when you call so we know what to expect.
We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on Sunday and Monday. We are in Romford, RM1 1JL.
